EC-Profile is not a generic machine shop. We are a specialized engineering and manufacturing partner dedicated exclusively to complex internally profiled metal stators used in progressive cavity motors and pumps worldwide.
FROM ADVANCED ELECTROCHEMICAL R&D TO DEDICATED STATOR PRODUCTION
EC-Profile evolved from decades of world-class electrochemical machining development connected with ECM Technologies in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands.
Recognizing that progressive cavity motor and pump OEMs consistently faced a single insurmountable bottleneck—manufacturing the long, accurate internal helical stator bore—we concentrated our proprietary tooling and process automation into a dedicated serial production facility.
Today, EC-Profile operates as a dedicated manufacturing and machining facility for advanced stator profiles, located at Orionweg 55, Leeuwarden. We partner directly with progressive cavity motor manufacturers, pump OEMs, downhole tool providers, and innovators engineering next-generation Metal-to-Metal power sections.

ENGINEERING RIGOR
We approach stator production with scientific exactness. Conjugate cycloids, finite element thermal expansion, and non-contact electrochemical machining are executed with 10–20 µm repeatability.
CHALLENGING THE LIMITATION
Where the industry once assumed that 6-meter hardened steel internal profiles were impossible without multi-piece welded segments, we prove single-piece continuity is standard practice.
